N.C. Cooperative Extension agents are encouraged to report small ruminant (goats, sheep, etc.) and equine mortality losses to James Kittrell at the N.C. Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services. Please email Dr. Kittrell at james.kittrell@ncagr.gov.
